Because of the ridiculous legal precedent of QUALIFIED IMMUNITY, the task force was not held (by SCOTUS) accountable. NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR NEARLY BEATING AN INNOCENT AMERICAN TO DEATH!!!
